Some banks will send you an additional confirmation PIN to your smartphone, which you must use once to confirm your transaction

As soon as the bank transfer is successful, the merchant receives a confirmation and immediately places the order

How does purchasing on account with Klarna work?
The principle is simple: you usually have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your bill. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check the products in the comfort of your own home.
Depending on the retailer, the invoice will be sent either by email, separately by post or together with the goods. You can view all your invoices here or in the View Klarna app .
If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can “report a problem” in the Klarna app so that your invoice is paused until you have resolved your issue with the retailer.
Good to know: You can find the payment due date or payment information for your invoice here or in the app at any time . Easily check in the app whether your payment for your invoice has been received. We recommend that you make all your payments directly in the Klarna app to avoid possible incorrect transfers or reminders.
