Reasons for complaint

Clear manufacturing or processing defects are considered legitimate grounds for complaint. In these cases, we naturally offer free replacements. However, complaints are also submitted where the justification either has yet to be verified or is not present. We have summarized the most common cases and how to deal with them here for you.

Product and printing defects

for T-shirts, hoodies and co.:

A legitimate reason for complaint is generally a clear manufacturing or processing defect in the product or a misprint. In such a case, we will arrange a free reprint. In the case of product or printing defects, we require clear photos to verify the defect. A photo of the green hangtag (barcode) is also required to clearly identify the product being complained about.

First wash & care instructions

Experience has shown that any defects in print durability become apparent after the first wash . This is usually caused by incorrect pre-treatment of the textile material by the manufacturer. Therefore, print products must be checked and washed promptly after delivery in order to identify these defects and make a complaint. If defects arise due to non-compliance, these are not considered grounds for complaint.

Yellow frame on textiles

With some textiles, a yellowish-brown veil or frame may appear around the print motif. This primarily affects heather colors . The cause is drying residues, which cannot always be avoided. However, the residues generally disappear after 1-2 washes. If this is not the case after two washes, there is probably another cause, which we would be happy to check.

Inappropriate clothing size

Since we stock a wide range of textiles from different manufacturers, the textile sizes vary accordingly. Therefore, there is no uniform standardization in this area. Instead, we provide a size chart for each product that you can use as a guide.

Note : Please refrain from sending us goods that are the subject of a complaint without prior agreement. Since returns are very rarely necessary, no return slip is included with orders.

Disclaimer:

A strong smell of glue is to be expected when the product arrives. Let the shoes air out for a few days and the smell will disappear.
