Complaints at WiooStore – We take care of your concerns
At WiooStore we offer you uncomplicated solutions for your complaints. Legitimate complaints usually involve obvious manufacturing or processing errors. If a product is defective or incorrectly printed, we will arrange a replacement or reprint free of charge.
In order to process your complaint quickly, we need clear photos that document the defect. Please also include a photo of the green hangtag (barcode) so that we can clearly identify the product.
Product photos & washing instructions: Defects on T-shirts, hoodies and other textiles are often visible after the first wash. Make sure to check and wash the products promptly after receipt.
Shoes & Disclaimer: A smell of glue when shoes are delivered is normal as they are freshly produced shoes. Let the shoes air out for a few days and the smell will disappear.
