Returns in the WiooStore – Simple and uncomplicated
At WiooStore, we offer you a simple and fast way to return items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the items within the specified return window. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we ensure a hassle-free return process. Returns are easy, fast and secure - and we will make sure you get your refund quickly.
This is how the return works:
- Contact us to report your return .
- Pack the item securely and send it back.
- After receipt, we will check your return and refund you the amount quickly and securely according to the payment method you chose.
Refund depending on payment method:
- Credit card: The chargeback will be made to your debited credit card account (visible on the next statement).
- SEPA direct debit: credit to the bank account from which the amount was withdrawn. Processing time: up to 5 working days.
- PayPal: The amount will be credited to your PayPal account. You decide whether the amount will be deposited in your PayPal or bank account.
Please note: Once we receive your return , we will check which items have been returned and then confirm receipt via email. This process can take up to 21 days. Please keep your receipt of your return until you have received our confirmation.

If your return was made more than 10 days ago, please contact us using our contact form. Have your order number and return receipt ready.
What happens if I cancel?
If you have cancelled your order or an item is exceptionally not available, we will refund you the amount immediately.
