At WiooStore, we offer a simple and fast return process. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the items within 30 days . This is how the return works:

Contact us to report your return.

Pack the item securely and return it.

Upon receipt, we will inspect your return and refund you quickly and securely according to the payment method you selected.
Refund depending on payment method:

Credit card: Chargeback to your credit card account (visible on the next statement).

SEPA Direct Debit: Credit to the bank account from which the amount was withdrawn. Processing time: up to 5 business days.

PayPal: Credit to your PayPal account. You decide whether the amount is deposited into your PayPal or bank account.
Please note:
You will receive your refund within 14 days of handing over the return shipment to the carrier. Please keep the carrier's return receipt until you receive your refund.
