Returns in the WiooStore – Simple and uncomplicated

At WiooStore, we offer a simple and fast return process. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the items within the specified return window. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we guarantee a hassle-free return process. Returns are easy, fast, and secure—and we'll make sure you receive your refund promptly.

This is how the return works:

  1. Contact us to report your return .
  2. Pack the item securely and return it.
  3. Upon receipt, we will inspect your return and refund you quickly and securely according to the payment method you selected.

Refund depending on payment method:

  • Credit card: The chargeback will be made to your debited credit card account (visible on your next statement).
  • SEPA Direct Debit: Credit to the bank account from which the amount was withdrawn. Processing time: up to 5 business days.
  • PayPal: The credit will be made to your PayPal account. You decide whether the amount is deposited into your PayPal or bank account.

Please note: Once we receive your return , we will review which items have been returned. We will then confirm receipt via email. This process can take up to 21 days. Please retain your receipt of your return until you receive our confirmation.

Returning shoes:
If you have any concerns about your shoes, please contact us at reklamation@wioostore.de . We will review your return upon receipt and confirm it within up to 10 days.

I submitted the return more than 10 days ago:
If your return was made more than 10 days ago, please contact us using our contact form. Have your order number and return receipt ready.

What happens if I cancel?
If you have canceled your order or an item is exceptionally unavailable, we will refund you immediately.
