Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is not yet in production, you can cancel it.

❗ Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible – as we produce individually for you.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Our products are made to order to deliver truly unique items.

Why is this taking so long?
We don't produce stock items. Every item is made exclusively for you – this takes some time, but stands for quality, sustainability and uniqueness.

How long will it take for my microcrystal images to be delivered?
Typically 5-10 days after ordering, depending on production time and shipping method.

💾 Digital Downloads

When will I receive my download?
Immediately after purchase. You will receive a download link via email and can use the file right away.

Are the microcrystal images real photographs?
Yes. All images are from genuine microcrystal photography under a microscope – no AI, no filters.

What am I allowed to do with the downloads?
Our digital content is intended exclusively for private use.
Commercial use or resale is not permitted.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Since our products are individually produced to order, an exchange is only possible if there is a defect in the product or printing.

How do I initiate a return?

Shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout and depend on the product type and delivery address.
