What happens after I place my order?

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all important information – including a link to track your shipment (if available).

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order is not yet in production, you can cancel it without any problem.

❗ Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible – as each product is made individually for you.

Why does this take a little longer?

We don't produce stock items. Each item is made exclusively for you – this takes time, but it stands for quality, sustainability, and uniqueness .

Usually 5-10 days after ordering, depending on production time and shipping method.

When will I receive my download?

Immediately after purchase. You'll receive a download link via email and can use the file immediately.

Are the microcrystal images real photographs?

Yes! All motifs are taken from real microcrystal photography under the microscope —no AI, no filters, pure nature.

What can I do with the downloads?

Our digital content is intended exclusively for private use .

Commercial use or resale is not permitted.

Can I return my order?

Since our products are individually manufactured, an exchange is only possible if there is a defect in the product or printing.
