Orders and shipping at WiooStore: Information about ordering and delivery
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all important details about your order to the email address you provided. This email also contains a link that allows you to check the status of your order at any time.
If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you can't find it there either, please contact us at kontakt@wioostore.de so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Canceling your order
If you've changed your mind and the order isn't yet in production, you can email us at kontakt@wioostore.de to request a cancellation and refund. However, cancellation is no longer possible if the order is already in production.
Shipping and delivery times
The production time for your order is usually 3-5 business days, after which it will be shipped. Especially for orders like shoes that are shipped directly from China, delivery times can be up to 2 weeks.
Returns and exchanges of orders
Personalized products made to your specifications are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All other products can be returned within 14 days in accordance with legal requirements.
