Order confirmation

After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email with all important details to the email address you provided.

This email contains a link that you can use to check the status of your order.

If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find an email from us there either, please send a short message to kontakt@wioo.store and we will take care of it immediately.

Is it possible to cancel the order?

If you change your mind, please email us at contact@wioo.store . If your order has not yet gone into production, we can cancel it and give you a refund.

If your order is already being processed, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Since we do not keep any goods in stock, each product is only produced by our partner after the order has been placed. Due to this manufacturing method, an exact delivery time cannot be given at the time of ordering.

You can find a more precise estimate of the delivery time in the shipping confirmation, which you will receive by email as soon as your order is on its way to you.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our products are only printed with your individual motif after we receive your order. The production time is usually 3-5 working days. Your package will then be shipped. Experience shows that shipping takes 1-2 working days within Germany. Shipping to the rest of the EU takes 2-7 working days.

These times are average values ​​for the respective processes. Due to the customer-specific production, delays can occasionally occur, for example due to printing errors or delivery bottlenecks. However, we will do everything in our power to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Can I change when and how my package is delivered?

Yes, that's possible! Our shipping partners DHL, Hermes, GLS and DHL Express always send you an email to notify you of your package. You can use this to specify your preferred delivery location, such as a parcel shop, or change the delivery day.

What happens if I am not there for the first delivery attempt?

If the courier does not find you, you can use the shipment tracking to see whether your package was left with a neighbor or at a branch, for example. In some cases, the second delivery attempt is made by a different shipping service provider. You can find all updates on this in the shipment tracking.

My package should have arrived long ago!

Please check the tracking to see if the package has been left with a neighbor. If it has not been left with a neighbor and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us - you can find our contact options below.

Is an exchange or return possible?

With the exception of personalized products (e.g. individually printed items), all products can be returned within 14 days in accordance with legal requirements.

Please note that all products in our range are only manufactured after the order has been received in order to protect the environment. We therefore ask you not to order multiple sizes to try on, as the returned products must be disposed of.
