Orders at WiooStore: Information about ordering and delivery
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the important details about your order to the email address you provided. In this email you will also find a link that you can use to check the status of your order at any time.
If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find it there either, please contact us at kontakt@wioostore.de so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
canceling your order
If you have changed your mind and the order is not yet in production, you can send us an email to kontakt@wioostore.de to request a cancellation and refund. However, cancellation is no longer possible if the order is already in processing.
Shipping and delivery times
The production time for your order is usually 3-5 working days, after which it is dispatched. Especially for orders such as shoes that are shipped directly from China, the delivery time can be up to 2 weeks.
Return and exchange of orders
Personalized products that have been made according to your wishes cannot be exchanged or returned. All other products can be returned within 14 days in accordance with legal requirements.
