Are there any errors on the murals?
Our microcrystal images, available as wall murals, are based on natural crystals created through crystal growth. Small irregularities in the structure are normal and comparable to knots in wood. These unique details make each mural unique, reflecting the natural beauty.

Can the colors of the murals vary?
Thanks to our professional color management, we offer consistently high color quality for every mural. However, variations may occur due to your monitor or display settings, as well as different lighting conditions at the installation location. This may result in slight color variations in the murals.

Are the watermarks visible on the murals?
The watermarks on the gallery images are not visible on the printed wall art. You'll receive your wall art in the highest quality, free of any distracting markings.

Where can the murals be ordered?

Care instructions

To ensure the longest possible lifespan for your printed textiles, you should consider the following washing instructions:

  • Wash textiles before first wearing (contain print residue)
  • Soak textiles in cold water before washing for the first time (prevents possible shrinkage)
  • Washable up to 30° (screen printing and digital printing)
  • Turn textiles inside out before washing
  • Do not use fabric softener or heavy-duty detergent
  • If possible, do not put in the dryer
  • When ironing, turn inside out, do not iron over the printed area
  • Do not pull, tug, scratch or tear the print

A notice:

Digital prints are pretreated with a water-based pretreatment. A slight vinegar smell or a slightly glossy print are typical production-related features and will disappear after the first wash.

How do the sizes fit?

You'll find a size chart on every product page. Here, you can read the measurements of the product when laid out flat. It's best to choose a shirt that fits you well and compare the measurements with those in the chart. This way, you're sure to find the right size.

Where do our products come from?

Our T-shirts, hoodies and posters are printed with great care and using the latest machines in Germany.

Our shoes are produced in China and delivered directly to you from there.

If your product has a manufacturing or printing defect , we will of course arrange for a replacement or reprint – free of charge .

So that we can examine your request quickly, please send us:

  • Clear photos of the defect
  • A picture of the green hangtag with barcode (for clear identification)
  • Optional: Product photo after the first wash (e.g. for shirts/hoodies)

💡 Note on shoes:
A slight smell of glue is normal when freshly produced shoes are delivered. Please allow the shoes to air out thoroughly after unpacking; the smell usually disappears after a few days.

3. Get a refund
Once we receive the return, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method.

  • SEPA direct debit : credit to your bank account (processing time: up to 5 working days)

Printing types

What types of printing are used to manufacture our products?

To ensure our designs are perfectly presented, we rely on the latest printing technologies – adapted to the respective product:

👕 T-shirts, hoodies & textiles

Printing process: DTG (Direct-to-Garment)
The motif is printed directly onto the textile – similar to an inkjet printer, but with special inks and print heads.
Process: Pretreatment → Printing → Fixation.
The result: rich colors, high detail and long-lasting quality – ideal for soft, organic fabrics.

👟 Shoes

Printing process: sublimation printing
The design is first printed on a transfer film and then permanently transferred to the material at approx. 230 °C.
The colors evaporate and bond directly with the fibers – for brilliant, smudge-proof printing without noticeable edges.

🖼 Posters & Art Prints

Printing process: LFP (Large Format Printing)
We use high-quality large format printing for our DIN A1 & A4 posters.
Fine color gradients, sharp contrasts and bold colors ensure impressive print quality – perfect for your walls.

Sneakers Disclaimer:

Disclaimer: Upon delivery, your sneakers may have a slight adhesive smell—don't worry, this is completely normal. This smell comes from the manufacturing materials and usually dissipates within 1-2 days of airing.

We recommend placing the shoes in a well-ventilated area so the odor disappears quickly. This is not a quality defect, but rather a temporary effect of the manufacturing process. Once the shoes are well aired, you can enjoy them in their full freshness!
